    O R D E R

    At the hearing today, Prosecutor Sheri Zales appeared. The accused and his
    counsel were both nowhere. Prosecutor Zales did not object to a resetting provided that a
    show cause order be issued against the accused. In view thereof, today’s setting is
    cancelled with a directive for the accused and counsel to explain on the next hearing why
    they should not be cited in contempt for their failure to appear that delays the proceedings
    in this case.

    Accordingly, reset the hearing of this case on August 3, 2022 at 1:30 o’clock in
    the afternoon.

    SO ORDERED.

    At today’s hearing Prosecutor Elmo R. Cortez appeared for the prosecution, while
    Attys. Binuya and Caguioa appeared for both accused.

    Johnny Yre S. Delos Reyes was called to the witness stand who testified on his
    Judicial Affidavit. After his cross, redirect and re-cross examinations, his testimony was
    completed.

    As prayed for, let the continuation for the presentation of defense evidence with
    respect to accused Delos Reyes on August 14, 2022 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon.

    SO ORDERED.
