they also have to enjoy the product being advertised to not be left out
on the trend.
The propaganda technique used in this ad is Plain Folks. The famous
brand Nescafé used farmers to advertise their product because they aim
to make common people relate to the product that they are advertising
since it is for the masses.
The propaganda technique used in this ad is Testimonial. The
influential singer Taylor Swift is advertising the famous Diet Coke
product from Coca Cola Company. This is to make the target audience
want to buy the product because they want to be associated with a
famous person.
The propaganda technique used in this ad is Name-calling. The famous
fast-food chain Burger KING threw shade towards one of their
competitors, McDonalds’ Big Mac. The line “Hmmm, seems more like a
Medium Mac.” implies that their Whopper Burger is bigger than
McDonalds’ Big Mac, hence better, because it benefits the customers
more.
The propaganda technique used in this ad is Glittering Generalities. The
quote “The best coffee for the best you.” is used by the famous coffee
shop Starbucks to evoke positive emotional response from the target
audience; they used this quote to make the audience feel that their
coffee products are the best for when you want to take out the best of
you.
