Hanoi is the capital, centrally run city and also a special type of urban area of

Vietnam. Hanoi is located to the northwest of the center of the Red River Delta,
with the topography consisting of the central plain and the mountainous north and
west of the city. Hanoi is the largest city in the country by area but has the second
largest population in Vietnam, so traffic congestion is inevitable. Therefore,
tourists often travel by public transport to visit the city, and if they travel by private
vehicle, they often use cars instead of motorbikes. As the capital, Hanoi focuses on
many public works to serve the people such as large shopping malls, leading
hospitals in Vietnam, etc. But besides that, Hanoi is often congested due to the
large number of vehicles circulating daily and therefore the air quality is quite low.
However, Hanoi is still one of the most livable places in Vietnam
