 1 cup all-purpose flour

 1 teaspoon salt

 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 1/2 teaspoon paprika

 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

 1/2 cup milk

 Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder,
and cayenne pepper (if using).

2. Dip each chicken wing into the milk and then coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess
flour.

3. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches
350°F.

4. Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.

5. Fry the wings for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through, flipping them
occasionally for even cooking.

6. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken wings from the oil and place them on a wire rack to
cool.

7. Repeat with the remaining chicken wings, adjusting the heat as needed to maintain the
temperature of the oil.

8. Serve the fried chicken wings hot with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
