    *433#. Metropol is the most reliable platform when checking for CRB status online.

    To register and check CRB status with Metropol, follow the procedure below.

    1. Pay Ksh.50 through PayBill Number 220388


    2. Enter your Id number as Account Number
    3. You will receive a confirmation message with unique code details, a Reference Number,
    and a particular link.
    4. After registration, Dial *433#
    5. Input your Identification Number.
    6. you will receive an SMS with your CRB Details

    Another way to check CRB status on Metropol CRB is by visiting the Metropol Website or using
    the Metropol Crystobol app installed on your phone. This is only possible after making
    registration payments using the procedure described above.
