faculty members of Our lady of Fatima is emotionally intelligent and stable. The questionnaire will
include questions about a person’s well being when it comes to Self-management, Self- awareness,
social awareness and Relationship management. Answering these questions will help the researchers
determine one’s emotional state and intelligence.
