Ling 602: Graduate Seminar 2.

Goals. The purpose of this seminar is twofold:

• to give you the opportunity to get feedback on the development of your


evaluation paper
• to serve as a professional training course, covering topics relevant to the
academic life of linguists.

Topics and structure: We will mostly be discussing things together but you will
have some assignments to do to facilitate these discussions. See attached for a
tentative plan.

issues related to Linguistics who’d be happy to help with your questions: Tatiana
