Yes, I do believe that the locomotor movement has a significant benefit to my
health condition. Locomotor skills such as walking, running, hopping, and climbing, can be considered as an exercise that helps the body in increasing stability, building strong muscles, heart, and bones. The benefit of Locomotor movement activities is not limited to the strengthening of the body but also helps to increase body functionality since it aids the body to develops cardiovascular fitness, coordination of the larger limbs, balance, spatial awareness, visual-spatial awareness, and the further they are executed the more routes the brain will create to adapt new muscle memory learning.
