One of my favorite sayings is "healthy is expensive".

Mental health is important for

everyone, because with a healthy soul optimal physical, intellectual and emotional development
of a person and that development goes in harmony with the condition of other people who are
healthy and live their lives by preventing mental health disorders. As teenagers who are
developing in an era of many things that can attack mental health, the effort we can do to
maintain mental health is by exercising. But this is often overlooked due to perhaps lazy reasons
and no time, regular exercise does not need to be long, only fifteen minutes but routine every
day, will be better than never exercising at all.

According to doctors and research bodies developing health exercise is very important for
mental health, exercise can keep the body healthy and feel fresher when sweating after exercise,
and the importance of exercise can also maintain mental health and is good for our brain. How
not, because by exercising we will move and sweat, so the brain will definitely work and not be
lazy or think about things that can cause mental health. Some causes of mental health disorders
such as domestic violence, harassment and experiencing disorders. Exercise can also foster self-
confidence because regular exercise can maintain an ideal body weight. This can make you more
confident in your appearance and build self-esteem. In addition, exercise can reduce stress and
depression with regular exercise, levels of stress hormones such as cortisol, adrenaline, and
norepinephrine can be reduced so as to reduce anxiety and excess stress.

In addition to dealing with stress, exercise can reduce symptoms of depression and
anxiety because physical activity can increase levels of endorphins, which are happy hormones
produced by the brain and bone marrow. The endorphins that your body produces when you
exercise also help sharpen your mind, memory, and improve concentration. The reason is,
exercise stimulates the growth of new cells in the brain.

So, let's get used to exercise for our mental health. Do not be lazy to exercise because it is
important for the present and our old age later. Let's start exercising regularly from now on!!
