I, the undersigned, being a customer of Woongjin Coway (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Coway (M)
Sdn. Bhd.) (“COWAY”), hereby acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions of the sales order form
which is executed concurrently with this letter (‘Sales Order Form’), shall be supplemented by this letter. For
the avoidance of doubt, I am fully aware that terms and conditions in the table below, namely the WOW Plan
Promotion is being offered as part of the promotional plan in respect of the product CHP-260N Neo which I
agree to subject myself to

Monthly Rental Fee RM65/month
Rental Contract Period Seven (7) Years
Fixed Rental Period Seven (7) Years
Termination of contract during the Fixe Rental Period,
Customer shall pay a termination fee amount equal to

The T&C in this letter shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Sales Order Form and shall form an integral
part of the Sales Order Form. In the event of any consistency or discrepancy between any of the provisions of
the Sales Order Form and the T&C in this letter, the T&C shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, all other
T&C stipulated in the Sales Order Form shall remain the same, save to the extent varied by the T&C of this
letter.
