I, the undersigned customer of COWAY, hereby acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions of the sales order
form which are executed concurrently with this letter (“Sales Order Form”), shall be supplemented by this letter. For
the avoidance of doubt, I am fully aware that there are three (3) different Combo pricings offering different combination
of product models under different terms and conditions as depicted in the following table, which are being offered as
part of the promotional plan. I have ticked ☑ the box next to the set of combination that I have chosen, and agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions.

The T&C in this letter shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Sales Order Form and shall form an integral part of
the Sales Order Form. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between any of the provisions of the Sales Order
Form and the T&C in this letter, the T&C shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions
stipulated in the Sales Order Form shall remain the same, save to the extent varied by the T&C of this letter.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery or cancellation request of either one of the product(s) listed under any of the
Combo Promotion above within thirty (30) days from the date of this acceptance, I agree to revert back to the original
rental price of the installed product which I have signed in the Sales Order Form earlier.
