(“COWAY”), hereby acknowledge and agree to the revision of the rental fees for both products in Neo-Combo series /
Villa-Combo Series / Lucy-Combo series from promotional price to original price in the event of unsuccessful payment
deduction, installation failure, order cancellation upon customer’s request or order cancellation after product installation
for whichever product of the above-mentioned combos. I fully understand the eligibility requirements to participate in
this promotion:

The T&Cs contained herein shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Sales Order Form and shall form an integral part
of the Sales Order Form. In the event of any consistency or discrepancy between any of the provisions of the Sales Order
Form and the T&Cs, the T&Cs shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions stipulated in the
Sales Order Form shall remain valid and binding, save and to the extent varied by the T&Cs contained herein.
