Campaign - This object will store about the Campaign conduct on the new product with
budget/expected revenue etc

Lead - Campaign output - Sales rep got Customers details. Who are interested in our company
product. Customer will be individual or company

After Lead convert into Account /Contact / Opportunity

Sales Cloud

Account - Customer information (Individual / Company)

Contact - POC/contact details of the customers (Individual or sales rep of the particular customer.)

Opportunity - customer interest on our Product

Product - It will store our product details - Subscription (Hotstar/Internet service package etc) and
non - Subscription (Phone/laptop/Modem etc)

Quote - our company sale rep contact Customer and based on customer requirement - sale team will
generate quotation to the user. CPQ module replace the old quote process in CRM

After customer purchase the Product - Won / lost the opportunity.

Asset - Store product purchased by our customer

Contract & entitlement - Warranty / service etc


Service Cloud

Case - It’s like complaint either toll free number / customer case/email etc

Work order - check the Service resource suitable for this service

Service appointment - Book appointment with client and fix the service

Product consumed - tools used for the service

Timesheet - Time spent for the service. Based on the timesheet - FSE engineer workload will be
calculated

Service resource - Service person details

Skill - skill of the resource (AC mechanic/laptop service etc)

Service Territory - Resource location

resource absence - resource absence details will be stored (Leave/OOO/Vacation leave etc)
