Chairman
1. The chairman has a task in developing emergency plan.
2. Discusses the planning with the building manager, as well as the identification, arrangement, and instruction of the personnel and
operational teams.
3. Creates primary as well as alternative evacuation zones.
4. Oversees and manages the office staff's operations when there is a forced stay or evacuation when absolutely needed.
5. Identifies and gathers members in carrying out emergency activities.
6. Keeps in contact with other officers and emergency response organizations.
Vice-Chairman
1. The Vice Chairman, together with the chairman, helps in overseeing and facilitating the execution of disaster control group exercises.
2. Must carry out any additional responsibilities as the chairman may specify.
Security
1. Ensures the safety of vacated evacuation areas and disaster operations.
2. Cooperates with security personnel in the area.
3. Recognizes alarms, warning signals, and other suspicious activity, reporting it to competent authorities.
4. Guides people in evacuating an affected area.
Supply
1. Determines where to find necessary goods and materials.
2. Gathers supplies and distribute them properly.
Transportation
1. Identifies the needs for transportation
Communication
1. Obtains warnings or alerts from competent authorities.
2. Distributes the received warnings with the people in the area.
3. Keeps the lines of communication open with the officers.
4. Collects track of all alerts and communications.
Operating Teams
Warning
1. Guarantees that all of the fellow classmates are informed about the various alerts or warning signals:
-All alerts are audible and clear and that everyone understands and follows the warning signals.
2. Helps in establishing alert groups for particular levels and areas.
3. Collaborates in the locality for better dissemination of warning and other information.
Evacuation
1. Creates better and suitable movement routes and organizes movement procedures to carry out the plan's provisions.
Priorities in Evacuation
First Priority includes: The elderly, people with disability, very sick people
Second Priority - Women
Third Priority – Men
2. Oversees and regulates the entry of personnel into and out of the building.
3. Ensures that the alarm signals' instructions are followed by fellow classmates.
4. Provides first aid instructions in coordination with the clinic or concerned medical team .
Fire Bridge
1. Helps in disseminating firefighting advice using the materials easily available in class.
2. Helps in detecting fire locations.
Damage Control
1.Creates a strategy for maintaining mechanical equipment such as ventilation, water, gas, and steam valves, power switches, and so on.
2. With the sound of an emergency alarm, individuals or teams are dispatched to prearranged control or directed action.
