Hello Mrs. Wells' First-Grade Class! fm offs Boker Hi First-Grade Families! My name is Anna, I am a senior at CSU majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I am very excited to be spending time in your classroom this semester! I am originally from Hawaii but have spent most of my life here in Colorado. Outside of school and work, I enjoy reading. playing with my cat, and adventuring and trying new things. I chose the ECE program at CSU because I was inspired in 2017 in my toddler classroom when one of my students took their first steps into my arms. At that moment, I knew I wanted to be part of and help facilitate those milestones in children’s lives. Asa student teacher this semester, itis part of my job to support learning and gain hands-on experience about becoming the best teacher I can be. I will have the opportunity to work with students one-on-one, in small groups, and in large groups. My focus will be on creating developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that are education- focused but still offer a sense of fun and excitement. My goals for this semester consist of making students excited about learning. | am excited to implement classroom management skills and learn from your children as much (if not more) as they learn from me. I will come into the classroom daily with a good attitude and an open mind ready to teach and learn. I am looking forward to a fun and enrichment-filled semester!
