    Capítulo 1. Generalidades

    All projects and undertakings must be analyzed before beginning with them. The

    data that a study can produce before starting a project can help us make the best

    decisions or, failing that, reject it.

    Through this work we seek to analyze and evaluate a project of a sliced bread

    company, before that we must appropriate concepts such as: (FCL), (FAC), (VPN),

    (TIR), (RB/C), (TIO), (PRI); which we will also explain in this work. With all these

    data and with these concepts, we will carry out a detailed analysis of the company

    in question and we will give our opinion if the project is viable or, on the contrary, it

    is better not to continue with it.
