In an organization there must be purchasing policy of goods and services. On the monthly, Quarterly, Yearly basis product
Purchase Policy purchase policy should be made. Beside that if there is emergency organization can purchase immediately after communicating
the finance officer.
.To reduce energy consumption Electricity bill reduced by 35% and water bill by 15% within a month.

To manage the stock Regular checking of stock management register, Date of packaged

manufacturing.
To manage transportation Staff been using public vehicle and in attendance sheet mode of
transportation has been recorded. This helps the reduction cost of the

maintenance of vehicle. Performance been measured through the
quarterly bill received from workshop.
To use recycling bins On regular basis project manager monitor and supervise the dust in
4 bins or in floors. Separate team has been made to analyse the proper
use of bins.

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you very much for providing time talking about the working procedures. I am
writing this letter to appreciate the working condition, monitored on January 24,
2022 .Kitchen , working place have not been cleaned properly. There we find the
mismanagement of purchase of resources. So special focused should be provided on
cleaning and the purchase of resources.
There we also find the high consumption of energy, time bound and the high cost of
means of transportation. I have managed meeting for 9am but the staff reached
there by 10 so I have to postpone my other activities. Moreover, when he was
working he was on phone which take time to complete job.
So I think it is important for staff to be punctual , resource record should be
recorded properly and the outsourcing of cleaning staff should be twice a week.
