How can you become emotionally intelligent amid the personal challenges at home and

in accomplishing school-related requirements?

I can become emotionally intelligent in my personal challenges at home and in

accomplishing school-related requirements by having self management, self
awareness, social awareness and management of relationships. I'm capable of
maintaining self-control over my impulsive thoughts, feelings, and actions, regulating my
feelings in a positive manner, showing initiative, keeping my word, and adjusting to
changing situations. I am aware of how my own emotions impact my actions and
thoughts. I am confident in myself and aware of my strengths and flaws. I understand
and I am able to discern emotional signals, comprehend the needs and worries of
others, feel at ease in social situations, and comprehend the relations of power in
organizations or groups of people. I learn how to build and sustain positive
relationships, speak clearly, motivate and influence people, collaborate effectively with
others, and deal with conflict. My achievement at school and at work, as well as my
ability to reach my specific goals, all benefit from having a high level of emotional
intelligence. Also, it can encourage me in connecting with my emotions, putting my
ideas into reality, and choosing what is most important to me.
