 Focus Dimensions Products Warranty-United States
Focus Extended Instrumentarium Imaging Inc., a General Electric company, going to market as
GE Healthcare, warrants that the products listed in this retail price & reference
guide sold in the United States will be free from defects in material or workman-
ship under normal use and service for a period of two years. The warranty begins
on the date of installation from a Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. approved dealer.

If a failure occurs within the warranty period and there is no evidence of misuse,
abuse, neglect or unauthorized alteration or repair, Instrumentarium Imaging Inc.
will repair or replace, at its option, the defective item without charge for parts.
Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. is the only authority on what constitutes misuse,
abuse, neglect or unauthorized alteration or repair under the terms of this
warranty.

This warranty is made on condition that prompt notice of any defects is given
within the warranty period and that the inspection by Instrumentarium Imaging
Inc. does not disclose an invalid claim. Instrumentarium Imaging Inc.’s obliga-
tion under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at its option, of
the defective part. Repairs or replacement deliveries shall not interrupt or
prolong the term of the warranty. This warranty does not apply to consumable
material and/or disposables.

Focus Folded This warranty is not transferable and is effective only with respect to the original
purchaser through the approved Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. dealer where
installation has been performed by an approved dealer for Instrumentarium
Imaging Inc.

Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. makes no warranty other than the one set forth
herein. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including warranties or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose and is
the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim of damages arising from any defect
in the Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Instrumentarium Imaging Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of use, revenue or
anticipated profits, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of, or
in connection with, the sale or use of the products. No agent, distributor, dealer or
other party is authorized to make any warranty on behalf of Instrumentarium
Imaging Inc. or to assume for Instrumentarium Imaging Inc., any other liability
with respect to its products.

SOFTWARE LICENSING
All CliniView software is provided with a site license, not a system license.
Regardless of system(s) purchased, CliniView is provided as a site license
for 5 workstations per site. Additional workstation licenses can be
purchased for the site as per the pricing in this book.
Above warranty applies to only Instrumentarium Imaging, Inc. products. All
products not manufactured by Instrumentarium Imaging, Inc. carry their
own warranties.
