REFLECTION

1. Subject of moral worth that are outside, of the moral community require
moral agents who are with in the moral community to protect them and
advocate on their behalf. Why is that necessary?

Now adays, moral agent subject of moral worth, and moral community are not
static categories. In some situations, a person is a moral agent and is a subject of
moral worth in others. Mom-human subjects of moral worth generally require as
human steward, someone to protect them from harm, to be recognized as a subject. I
believe a moral agent should have the power of taking the position, judgement
ability to think what is wrong or right and leadership qualities to influence others
about what is wright or wrong. Being a subject of moral worth is known as moral
agent.

2. Individuals of group of people from different cultures might have different

ideas of what counts as membership in the moral community and what
counts as other subjects a moral explain with others.

The human’s behavior now a days are guided in part of a social norms about
morality that forms a basic and important part of our culture. Morality refers to a
system of beliefs about what is right and good compare to what is good and bad. Moral
may vary dramatical across time, place and across cultures. Testing the theory of
morality as cooperation and as a predicted by the theory these are, love your family,
help your group, return favors, be brave, defer to authority, be fair and respect others
property.
 Relate moral courage to the use of man’s reason and will.

To formulate a solution in ethical issues is to consider moral courage. Moral

courage involves the willingness to speak out and do what is right in the environment of
nowhere.

Moral courage entails a leader of character to be willing to incur risk in order to

act according to his or her values and beliefs and stand up to authority to protect
welfare or defend her or his decision. Moral courage’s enables leader to live with
integrity, act to uphold the loyalty to their subordinate, and execute their duties with
confidence. Therefore, a leader moral courage provides the force of will what to do what
is wright regardless of what situation and will be the consequences of her or his action.
