Safe Driving Team Safety and Security

Pledge

I, Leonardo Jose Viana De Avila, have been

advised that as a Team WOW! d.b.a Domino’s
Pizza Safe Driving Team Member, it is my
responsibility to comply and help enforce the
following safety and security related policies and
procedures at ALL TIMES.

1. I will always wear my safety belt and will

encourage others to do the same during
employment.

2. I will always enter and exit the store’s

parking area demonstrating safe driving skills.

3. I will never exceed posted speed limits

and will always operate delivery vehicles in a safe
and courteous manner and encourage other Team
members to do the same.

4. I will keep my vehicle clean and free of

debris.

5. I will not have any third-party advertising,

offensive or controversial bumper stickers, paint or
spray painted messages, signs or like messages.

6. I will use car top signs, in good repair

and illuminated from open to close.

7. I will hustle in and out of my car to the

store and back. Quick on my feet and not on the
street

8. I will hustle in and out of my car to the

customer’s door and back. Quick on my feet and
not on the street

9. I will make customer call backs for every

order I deliver.

10. I will smile and make eye contact with

the customer.

11. I will greet the customer with a positive

friendly attitude

12. I will be courteous and polite to the

customer using sir, madam, please, thank you, etc

13. I will repeat the order, provide the

correct change.

14. I will invite the customer to fill out any

comments on line.

15. I will invite the customer to order from

us soon and will thank them for their order today.

16. I will always honor the Guarantee and

completely WOW each and every Customer.

17. I will always check that all my delivery

orders are complete before leaving the store.

18. I will give the customer the order free of

charge if any item on the order is missing.

19. I will always maintain proper insurance

coverage and notify my manager of any traffic
citations or driving record changes.

20. I will always secure my delivery vehicles

by removing the keys and locking the doors while
in the store and at the delivery address.

21. I will not use a cell phone (talking,

texting, tweeting, checking messages, etc.) unless
I have a hands-free device or pull safely off the
road before using the phone.

22. I will not exit my vehicle or attempt to

deliver to an unlit or suspicious location and will
perform all other security measures to prevent a
security incident.

23. I will never carry any type of weapon on

my person or in my vehicle while working for Team
WOW! D.b.a. Domino’s Pizza.

24. IF CONFRONTED BY A ROBBER AT

THE STORE OR ON A DELIVERY, I WILL NOT
RESIST. I WILL GIVE THE ROBBER WHATEVER
HE/SHE DEMANDS AND NOT ATTEMPT TO
APPREHEND OR INTERFRERE WITH THE
ROBBER.

25. I will never carry more than $20.00

including coins to a delivery and encourage all
delivery Team Members to make cash drops after
every delivery.

26. I will assure that all working/operational

areas of the store are secured at all times
including the back door which should not be
opened after hours of darkness (with exception of
commissary deliveries).

27. I will always hustle on my feet never

on the street!

I have read and fully understand that as a Team

Member of The Team WOW! Safe Driving Team, it
is my responsibility to comply and assist in seeing
that all of the above stated policies and
procedures are strictly adhered to. I have placed
my initials within each numbered statement and
by doing so I have indicated that I fully understand
that failure to comply with any of these
requirements could result in administrative or
disciplinary action up to and including termination.
