 Projection Analysis
 Analyzing the Projection and Proceed for Color Development. If color is not available, then chasing to buyer
for Color standard.
 According to projection developing the new quality for every department. Also Developing the quality and
color with other Textile mills (Confidence, Impress, Pakiza )
 According to fabric projection sharing All color and quality approvals to Textile Mills.

 Counter Sample
 Developing CS sample fabric.
 Working with Textiles if any correction Needed for CS Fabric.

 Counter Wash Sample

 Developing CS Wash sample fabric.

 Quotation & Development Sample

 Developing QS and Development sample fabric.
 Managing all types of fabric for print development.

 Color Sample and Color Hanger

 Developing all types of color sample fabric.
 Developing color hanger for color approval

 Size-set Sample
 Developing Size-Set sample fabric.

 FTD
 Working for FTD approval for New Fabric Quality.

 Others
 Keeping all the record of Fabric receiving status by Excel chart.
 Sharing Fabric details and batches to team member when their needed.
 Keeping all the approved hanger of recent season.
 Preparing sample fabric priority list and share with every textiles mills. Daily basis Follow up with Textiles
Mills based on the priority list.
