Perimeter of any polygon = add up the sides

Perimeter of a square = 4xs (s is side length)

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2x(l+w) (l is length and w is width)
Perimeter of a regular polygon = side length x number of sides

Area of a triangle = ½ x b x h (b is base and h is height)

Area of a square = s x s (s is side length)
Area of a rectangle = l x w (l is length and w is width)
Area of a parallelogram = b x h (b is base and h is height)
Area of a trapezoid = ½ x h x (b1+b2) (h is height, b1 and b2 are the two parallel sides
in the trapezoid)
To find the width of the rectangle, you have to divide area by base
Here also is the Triangle Inequality Theorem:
In any triangle, when you add up any two sides it will be greater than the length
of the `(a+b>c)
