    JUMP ROPE FOR HEART!

    Come join us for our Jump Rope for Heart event! This event is going on
    to teach our kids the benefits of having a healthy heart, and to help keep
    them active. You are welcome to join us to see our students jump rope.
    There will be prizes given out for the winners, snacks and drinks are
    provided, and there will be brochures given out at 2 different booths that
    talks about the importance of a healthy heart, exercise, and what the
    program is all about. Donations are welcome to help support this
    program. Details about the event are below:
    WHEN: April 5, 2023
    WHERE: Ponderosa Middle School gym
    TIME: 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
