TENDER TITLE: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND

PROVISION OF VIDEO COVERAGE SERVICES TO KING FAISAL HOSPITAL
RWANDA.

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 41/G/NCB/23/KFH

No of Lots: 2 Lots

The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called "Client" funded by its ordinary budget,
towards the cost of the supply of promotional materials and Provision of Video Coverage
Services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.

The Client intends apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which
to
this Bidding Document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply ofpromotional
materials and Provision of Video Coverage Services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda as indicated
in detail in the following Lots stated in under tender documents:-

l. Lot 1:Supply Of Promotional materials

2. Lot 2: Provision Of Video Coverage Services
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement
Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends
upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No.
00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali per each Lot.

All bids "shall" be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of 50,000 Rwf per each Lot duly signed and
sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/lnsurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until
thirty days after the bid validity period.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies per each Lot,
must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned
below not later than 2:00 PM local time on later than April 06th, 2023, 2:30 PM local time.
Late bids will be rejected.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
