Job Title: *Accounts Assistant*

Salary Range: *RM2500-RM2800 depending on experience*

Working Location: *Segambut/Kepong*

*-Requirement-*

Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or related field.


Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
Proactive attitude with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Good time management and good verbal communication skills
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

*-Responsibilities-*

 Providing support to the Accounting Department.


 Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the
mail, etc.
 Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email.
 Processing accounting transactions and payment transactions.
 Assist in the month end closing of financial reports.
 Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
 Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
 Perform basic credit control function.
Job Title: *Warehouse Clerk*
Salary Range: *RM2500*
Working Location: *Segambut / Kepong*

-Requirements-
A high school qualification or equivalent.
Computer literacy is a must.
Prior experience working in a warehouse is prefer but fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Responsibilities-
Data entry for purchasing documents and ‘empties’ return credit notes
Ensure the inventory record is correct and up to date.
Process sales order into delivery document and invoices.
Process goods returns record and subsequent submission of claims documents to supplier.
Help generate inventory analysis for finance department.
Assist in preparing sales data for sales report.
Other general warehouse duties.
