Fabricante AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GITAGUM MISAMIS ORIENTAL FOR THE YEAR 2023 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY -SEVEN PESOS (Php 103,887,827.00) COVERING THE VARIOUS EXPENDITURES FOR THE OPERATION OF LGU-GITAGUM FOR YEAR 2023, AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE WHEREAS, Section 319 of Republic Act 7160 provides that on or before the end of the current fiscal year, the sanggunian concerned shall enact, through an ordinance, the annual budget of the local government unit for the ensuing fiscal year on the basis of the estimates of income and expenditure submitted by the local chief WHEREAS, the local chief executive, through the Municipal Budget Office\ submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan the propose Annual Budget for the Year 2023 WHEREAS, enactment of the LGU's annual budget is an integral part in its 4 operation, delivery of basic services to its inhabitants, and it enables the LGU to implement its plans , programs, and project for the general welfare of its people; ( SAL omy ER Republic of the Philippines Province of Misamis Oriental MUNICIPALITY OF GITAGUM REP] Office of the Sangguniang Bayan Po. 20811, ‘Appropriation Ordinance No. 11 series of 2022 December 12,2022 ‘$B of Gitagum Misamis Oriental NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolve to enact this ordinance as follows; Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Gitagum Misamis Oriental in session assembled that: Section 1.
