I believed that we always want a job sactisfaction more than a high salary.

So i do not agree
with idea of a big salary is more important than job satisfaction. This essay will show the benifits of
job sactisfaction and why i disagree.
Firstly, if you choose to work for yourr passion, you will feel more comfortable and happier
than work for money. In addition, job sactisfaction also helps you work hard, motivated to work. You
can work together with people have the same opinion. Working for passion is good healthy. According
to research, you spend time on passion contributes to reduce stress and increase happiness. You can
develop your career easily when you love your job and find your motivation. Although it is just a little
things, i will help you develop into career.
However, there are also many risks when you decide to choose work for passion. If you have
passions but that don’t pay well or that career is difficult to develop. You will have a hard time to
follow your passion. Even so, you have to accept to give up your passion.
Through the above ieas, you can see the benifits of job sactisfaction. And i do not deny the
high salary is not important. Chóoing between high salary and job sactisfaction. It depands on needs
yourself.
