I will like to express my interest in relation to the job title “Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager” as I think my
experience is in line with job description of the posted job.

I have over five year experience in the role of Senior Manager with group of companies, consisting of relief goods, edible
oil and poultry business. During all the years, I have worked along with my team to improve the accounting operations of
the company through building of control mechanism, standardization of operations, effective communication with other
user departments based on knowledge sharing approach and ensure to build an overall environment in the company where
all employees are well aware of their duties towards working of effective accounting operations.

I have always believed hands on approach and led with example in all the companies, where I have worked. The key to
this approach has been personal interaction and empowerment of my team. This approach has led to success with every
individual in my team fully capable of handling their activities independently and ensure effective management of
operations even in my absence.

I have studied the job description of the said job and I have come to conclusion that it will help to challenge me to engage
with new team, dynamics and certain new task along with new vigor and enthusiasm to ensure timely and effective
completions of task assigned.
