Use Chi-square Test and Interpret the Results

A teacher develops the following contingency table to determine whether the proportion of
students who regularly head to the drinking fountain after a statistics class is equal in
Lecture A and Lecture B. Is there a significant association between lecture category (A & B)
and proportion of students going to drinking fountain?

Interpretation:

There is no significant relationship between the lecture type and the proportion of
students who use the drinking fountain on a frequent basis (p=0.416, p>0.05). This explains
why the lecture has no connection or relationship with the amount of students walking to
the drinking fountain. Furthermore, in both Lectures A and B, the proportion of students
going to the water fountain following stats class is asymmetric.
