People have different ways of escaping stress of modern life.

Some read, some exercise, other works in


their garden. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples
in your example?

+ One of the best ways to reduce stress is engaging in physical activities. It doesn’t necessarily mean that
you have to do strenuous exercise or do a lot of sports. Just start with gentle activities that you like such
as walking or biking in a peaceful atmosphere or in a natural setting like a park, riverside, the suburban
areas, etc. Many studies found that spending as little as 10 minutes in a natural setting may help
improve our mental well-being,

+ Regular exercise may also help reduce stress significantly and probably improve symptoms related to
common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.

+ Minimizing screen time may help reduce stress, too. There seems to be a close connection between
excessive smartphone use and increased levels of stress and mental health disorders. In other words,
spending too much time in front of screens in general is associated with lower psychological well-being.

+ Spending time with friends and family is also a good way. Social support from friends and family may
help you get through stressful times and cope with stress more easily.

+ Playing some of your favorite songs while doing house chores might comfort your feelings. Sounds
unbelievable but you should try it out. Physical activities

+ cafeteria; go wander by bike in quiet natural places such as park, beach; go to the gym; have a tour far
away from the place you live ( spend quite much money on petrol, food and beverage); meditation;
spend the whole afternoon at “tra da”
