This AGREEMENT, made this

called the Attorney,

WITNESSETH:

The client hereby employs the Attorney as his attorney in an

adoption proceeding in _____RTC Branch 69_____ of

services of the attorney, client agrees to pay the sums and amounts
following, to wit:
