    Subject: Regarding closing early on Friday throughout Summer
    Date: 20 June 2020

    TK Office Services Inc does find it very important for employees to spend time with their
    families. Moreover, I have also found out that many companies let their staff early so that they
    can enjoy the good weather with their family.

    However, I regret to inform you that your request to change office hours on Friday during June,
    July and August from 8.30am-5pm to 8.30am-2pm, has been denied. It has always been TK
    Office Services policy to be open during normal working hours for Clients and the company
    cannot go against the policy.

    I hope you understand our position because we really want our employees to be happy and spend
    time with their family at the same its our responsible to be available to our clients too.

    Thank you again for your request.
