ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF

EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF GEORGIA, WE ARE
REQUIRED TO CONDUCT A VIDEO INTERVIEW FOR THE
APPLICANT

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. The video interview shall be conducted on Zoom

video conferencing app, you are required to have the
zoom account registered with your name and
surname (We won't allow you to enter the Zoom
meeting without Identification)
2. You should use a computer/smart phone with high
quality camera and microphone with good internet
connection.
3. You are required to be online for the interview 5
minutes before the time you have been given.
4. Make sure you are in a calm environment where we
can hear you and a bright area where we can see you
clearly.
5. You are required to comport yourself during the
interview and only respond to the questions in English

1. What is your full name and passport number?

Answer must be in a way that your name and passport
number is clearly heard and the listener can write the
name when hearing it

2. Please introduce yourself, Tell us where you are from and

what your family background and your previous studies are.
Answer must be a short introduction of previous studies of
the student (Fields of studies and Places) and preferably
introduce family background and business and country of
residence so the listener can understand the atmosphere
the applicant lived and trained

3. Please indicate why you have chosen Georgia

Answer must explain the advantages of living (Costs of
living, Security of the country, Culture of the peaceful
historical country, etc.). How you heard about the country
and if you searched and studied online or not? Why and
how?

4. What do you know or how did you hear about the

University? Please explain why you have chosen this
university!
The applicant is required to explain what he or she heard
and how he or she heard about this university and how the
criteria searched are meeting with his expectations

5. Please indicate what you want to study and tell us why?

Tell us why you want to study this specific program and
what is your plan about future?

6. What do you know about the future of this field you want
to study (Example: Nursing or BBA)?
The Applicant needs to explain what he or she wants to do
when he or she finishes the studies so the listener can see
that the student is accepting the responsibility of the path
he or she is choosing for his or her future.

7. Where do you plan to work after finishing your studies?

Why? How will you do it there? Do you have any plans?
The Applicant needs to explain the fact that he or she is
responsible for building a future career in the countries
where he or she will live and explain how he or she plans
to gain that position... so the listener can see that the
student is accepting the responsibility of the career he or
she is going to choose for his or her future.

8. Please request Officially from the University authorities

for registration at University and any other explanation.
Applicant would hereby officially request the university to
register and enroll him or her as a student of that specific
field (Say Nursing or Dentistry for example) and would
hope to be accepted and allowed to do his or her best for
building a great future and a better world!
