Regarding: SW update campaign

Effective immediately

The software upgrade program has now resumed with the release of software 0350_04.

Please follow the previous instructions for upgrading and claiming using the same STS
code, however, note that units already upgraded to 0350_01 shall also be upgraded to
0350_04.
Ensure the existing software is recorded for the claim, this software version shall be
entered into the claim in the field “failure description”.
Also make sure that software 350_01 is deleted from your laptop / logman and replaced
with 350_04 release another software version which includes additional operational
enhancements.
