Column Calibration issue with CS 8200 Neo Driver 1.0.372.0

Problem description:

The error “MOT_65280 Up / Down column movement position out of range” occurs at the end of the
column calibration ID2307 and the calibration is not effective. The calibration parameter saved are the
factory default value.

Solutions:

If the installation required a specific column calibration (limit of ceiling):

- You must downgrade to the version of Driver 1.0.351 and run the column calibration again.

If the unit driver has been upgraded after the installation:

- You have nothing to do.

If the unit require a column calibration for service reason:

- You must downgrade to the version of Driver 1.0.351 and run the column calibration again.

A new release of driver with correction will be available soon in Infotec.
