Executive Summary

This is a business plan for Sand Battery. Sand Battery can be heated to 500 °C using low-cost renewable electricity using a process known as
resistive heating. The same process is used by electric fires to produce by electric fires to produce heat using electricity. Its major function is to
act as an overflow wind and solar energy storage with high power and high capacity. The energy is converted to heat and utilized to heat homes
or to supply hot steam and high temperature process heat to companies that are frequently dependent on fossil fuels. The size of the storage has a
significant influence on productivity. The reason for this is that a smaller storage has more surface area relative to its volume than a larger one,
and heat loss is essentially equivalent to surface area. To put it simply, larger storages have greater cores that can retain heat for longer periods of
time without losing it. It is a product, trying to cut service that has passed the design, fast organization, and successful product stages and is now
prepared for market. Nowadays, most batteries are manufactured of lithium, are cost, have a large physical footprint, and can only handle a small
amount of excess electricity. The system is now in place at the Vatajankoski power station, which also powers the local district heating system.
Energy networks currently face difficulties because of the temporary nature of energy sources. Storage is cost and unstable with the help of the
sand battery, renewable energy production may be increased, providing a steady supply of clean energy. Sand also has the benefit of being heated
for extended periods of time. Sand also has the benefit of being heated for extended periods of time. It is refilled off every two weeks. The business
claims that the heat storage performs at its peak level when it is changed and discharged 20 to 200 times annually.

Venture

Our venture is focused on providing a low-cost and environmentally friendly energy storage solution through the production of sand batteries.
Sand batteries are a new type of energy storage system that uses abundant and non-toxic materials such as sand and graphite to store energy. Our
goal is to provide a sustainable alternative to traditional energy storage solutions, such as lithium-ion batteries, and help individuals, households,
governments, and companies reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.

To achieve this goal, we have set up a management team with expertise in material science and electronics, as well as experienced sales and
marketing professionals. Our team will oversee the key activities of our venture, including market research, achieving economies of scale in
production, marketing and sales, and providing customer support and maintenance services.

We have identified three key customer segments for our sand batteries: governments and large companies aiming for sustainable and cost-
effective energy solutions, researchers trying to develop better versions of sand batteries, and individuals and households interested in lower
energy costs. To reach these segments, we will utilize various marketing channels, including online and offline marketing, direct sales, and
collaboration with researchers to promote our technology.

Our key partners include suppliers of raw materials such as sand and graphite, potential customers like government agencies and large
companies, and researchers who can collaborate with us for future development. We have also secured intellectual property related to the design
and manufacturing process of sand batteries, as well as production facilities and equipment.

Our revenue streams will come from the sales of sand battery units, servicing and maintenance of sand batteries, sales of licenses to commercial
businesses, and battery storage space capacity, energy-based trading, demand response, demand charge, leverage in energy, and reimbursement
arrangements. We have identified several cost structures for our venture, including raw materials and manufacturing costs, salaries, product
development, research and development expenses, legal and intellectual property costs, and marketing and sales expenses.
BMO2005 – Assessment 3: The Venture Mapping Canvas

All in all, our venture is focused on providing a low-cost and environmentally friendly energy storage solution through the production of sand
batteries. We have a skilled management team in place, key partners, and identified customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structures to
help ensure our success. By offering a sustainable alternative to traditional energy storage solutions, we hope to make a positive impact on the
environment while also helping individuals, households, governments, and companies reduce their energy costs.
