SYNTAX SOLUTIONS
Introduction

I am (Narayana Mudiyanselage Udesh Ishanka), the coordinator of this event planning

organization in the subject Professional Practice. This module has a task to form a group
and conduct a workshop under Soft Skill or IT Skill. Since internet banking would create
a clear comprehension and make people’s lifestyles simpler to cope with finance online,
we the students of professional practice batch no.78 organized a training session on the
topic “Online Banking”.

Our team has 26 members, we divided the works within us and appointed job roles to
each one of us. Our target audience for the training was the diploma students at the Esoft
Metro Campus. The main objective of this event was to easily enlighten the students
about how online banking functions and its benefits and drawbacks. Because every aspect
of today's fast-paced world is based online, so internet banking would provide them with
a wide range of information.

This Workshop guided us on how an individual can improve their skills and knowledge
on work ethics. Such as, how to work in a team, how to improve autonomy, how to find
out contribution to an organization, leadership skills and much more.

Due to the fact that our batch is virtual, we were unable to hold real meetings; hence, we
conducted all of our meetings and the final event online via MS Teams. It took 3 weeks
for discussing about project and fixing the title. And we were able to successfully carry
out the session.
