2. Why do we need to study leadership in this subject? Do you think you can be a good
leader in the future? Explain briefly.
 The study of leadership teaches how to recognize different personalities, identify
situations, understand relationships and strategize objectives. Studying leadership is
also a time for personal introspection and growth. And someday I will be one of
those good leader who leads and guide by others.

weaknesses
 Transformational Leadership. Dis. (Lack of focus), Strength (ability to
communicate new ideas)
 Delegative Leadership. Weakness (reduce productivity), Strength (increased
opportunities for highly motivated employees)
  Authoritative Leadership. Weaknesses (excess control can result in low employee
morale and employee engagement) strength (Creates consistency)
 Transactional Leadership. Weaknesses (Can Be Risky and Disruptive) strength
(Creates a sense of fairness)

4. What are the Filipino values and traits that you know? In your opinion, do we need
to maintain and continue to do these values and traits? Explain briefly.
 Filipinos are naturally helpful and generous people. They give as much as they can
and extend help to family members and even strangers when needed. This is seen
through the abundance of charity drives and foundations in the country, especially
when calamities arise.
