HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING DENGAN KEPUASAN

KERJA PADA KARYAWAN OUTSORCING PT.X

ABSTRAK
status karyawan outsorcing yang belum tetap rentan terhadap perasaan rasa aman akan
status pekerjaan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan menganalisa
hubungan antara Psychological well being dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan
outsorcing. Teknik Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teknik probability
sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 79 orang.
Kriteria untuk sampel pada penelitian ini adalah, karyawan Outsorcing, berusia 21-45
tahun, dan memiliki masa kerja minimal 12 bulan. Pengukuran data Psychological well
being pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala psychological well being di adaptasi oleh
peneliti dari milik Ryff’s psychological well being scale (1989) dan Pengukuran sakala
kepuasan kerja Wexley dan Yukl (2003) .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil
koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0.686** dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (p <0,001) yang
menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara psychological well being
dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan outsorcing

ABSTRACT

about job status This study is a quantitative study that aims to analyze the Correlaton
between Psychological well-being and job satisfaction in outsorcing employees. The sample
technique used in this study was probability sampling technique with purposive sampling
technique with a total sample of 79 people. The criteria for the sample in this study were,
Outsorcing employees, aged 21-45 years, and had a minimum work period of 12 months.
Measurement of Psychological well-being data in this study used the psychological well-
being scale adapted by researchers from Ryff's psychological well being scale (1989) and
Measurement of job satisfaction sakala Wexley and Yukl (2003). Based on the results of this
study, the results of the correlation coefficient of r = 0.686** with a significant value of
0.000 (p <0.001) were obtained which indicated a positive and significant Correlation
between psychological well being with job satisfaction in outsorcing employees
