Topic: Lesson(s) learnt during the Covid-19 Movement Control Order.

It’s been three months seen I have been home for movement control order ( MCO ) .
Many things happened and I began to learn many things through it . The things that I never did
before are now my new normal life . So many new things have become part of my life .

The first thing is to wash my hand often. Before the issue of COVID-19, I wash my hand
when I want to eat and get out from the toilet . During movement control order(MCO) , we are
encouraged to wash our hand frequently . These order have been a regular part of keeping
myself clean now day. By keeping clean we can prevent many types of illness . This situation
also encourages us to maintain our personal hygiene .

An other order is to limit movement by getting us home . Means that all family members
must be at home . Doing the family activities together can strengthen the family relationship
between the member . The parents will have enough time with their children . They can do
activities together like watching television , cooking and gardening in the house . Beside
spending time together , the relationship family members becomes closer .

During the movement control order (MCO, we are instructed to wash our hands often with
soap or disinfectant . We are also asked to wear a mask in case of symptoms . We need to keep
ourselves clean at all times . All these orders make us more alert , caring and disciplined to
ourselves and the environment .

Movement control order can also limit the use of vehicles . This condition can improve air
quality . The river becomes clean and clear due to the lack of chemical waste disposal .
Therefore , limiting activities can also restore the environment .

In fact there are many positive things that we can find during this movement control order
(MCO) . Hopefully it can give us a variety of teaching and learning . I wish to practice all these
positive values throughout my life and all the time.
