2) Bed concrete under grade beam with 1:5:10 0.23 x 0.10
3) Grade beam 0.23 x 0.15 , 1:2:4 concrete
4) Columns 0.23 x 0.23 x 3.00 in every 1.80m , 1:2:4 concrete
5) Brick work 1:6 0.23 thick wall
6) Plinth beam in 2.10m level 0.23 x 0.10
7) Steel TMT bars 10mm and 6mm usage
8) Plastering with 1:5 mortar one side in 15mm thick and other side in 12mm thick
9) White washing with ordinary cem 3 coats
