rate will have to be increased!

2 Before starting the work, 20% advance will have to be done so that the contractor can be given ease.

3 Delay in work is inevitable due to weather or due to force Maure, which may lead to variation in the completion
date of the work.

4 If there is any kind of dispute (land or government) at the place of work, then it will be mandatory to pay the work
done by the contractor and the material cost imposed by him.
