We are excited to be part of your learning journey. You will receive Sutherland’s Welcome kit soon.
The Kit provides you a brief introducfion of the Sutherland Organizational Chart, our Core Values, your job
description. It also introduces you to your trainer, new hire orientation and training dates etc.

1. Sutherland New Hire Orientation (NHO) and Tech check have been scheduled for
NHO: Thursday March 2nd 2023, from 8am to Spm
Tech Check: Friday March 3rd 2023, from 8am to Spm

For you to attend the Orientation and to ensure you receive your equipment and login credentials are set
up.

As you prepare to attend the virtual Tech Check process that will be completed on Friday Mar 3rd, you are
required to download the Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App to your phones from your “Google”, “Android” or
“Apple” Play Store as this app is needed to complete the set-up process. See below image of the app that should
be downloaded to your phones:

2. On Monday Mar 6th ou will start training with your respective trainer at 9am till 6pm.

Please remember to join our training using the Sutherland Chromebox that has been provided to you.
Rersonal devices are not allowed during training.

Your Trainer for Client Specific training will be Paula Anzola.
