Congratulations! We are very pleased to offer you the position of Business Development Team Leader for duration
of two weeks under Project: Scholarship Program 2021 organised by Guide2Success.
Please find the following internship confirmation of the specifics of your internship
Position: Business Development Team Leader
Start Date: 01-06-2021
End Date: 14-06-2021
Stipend: Performance Based
Your performance during this internship period will be evaluated and which will further be entitled to a merit
certificate and cash rewards, at management discretion.

Process for qualifying for merit certificate and cash rewards is as follows:
Stipend: for 50 registrations 3K
Next 50 =4k
Next 50(i.e., 150) = 10K
And so on.
There is a fixed time period of two weeks (after the day of joining) before which you cannot withdraw from
internship. However, after these two weeks, your internship with the company is “at- will”, which means
that either you or the company may terminate your internship at any time, with or without notice.

During your internship, you may have access to trade secrets and confidential business information belonging to
the company. By accepting this offer of employment, you acknowledge that you must keep all of this information
strictly confidential, and refrain from using it for your own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the
company. In addition, you agree that, upon conclusion of your employment, you will immediately return to the
company all of its property, equipment, and documents, including electronically stored information.

You will be working from home (WFH) during the assignment. However, you may be available on phone/
email/Skype for contact at any point of time.
