Welcome to Alorica and Welcome to Scuba!

Congratulations at being selected as an important and valued member of the Alorica team! Alorica team members
function in many different positions and work to support our valued clients and their customers. Your role is to provide
insanely great service to the Scuba customers.
Your journey in preparation for on the job success will begin with training. Great team members like you are located
across the country; therefore, training will be facilitated virtually by an Alorica trainer who is certified to facilitate the
Scuba training.
100% attendance is mandatory and necessary for your success in learning what it takes to provide insanely great service
to all Scuba customers.

Your Training Journey Dates and Times
NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION: TUESDAY , OCTOBER 20 TH, 2020

Before we get into Scuba training it is important that we share important information about Alorica and test your
connections to insure everything is in working order before we begin product training to learn about Scuba

 Computer specific needs:


o Windows 10 version 1909 or higher (You can check this by typing “Winver” in your search bar)
o 10 Mbps or higher of internet connection
o CPU speed of 2.0GHz or higher, 4GB of RAM or better

 Connecting to the session:


o We’ll use Cisco WebEx Meetings: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/ for the training
o Link to join the training session is included at the end of this document

PRODUCT TRAINING : WEDNESDAY , OCTOBER 21ST, 2020 THROUGH SATURDAY , NOVEMBER 28 TH

Product training is where you will learn about Scuba and the specifics of your job. It’s up to all of us to create a fun and
interactive training experience. To make the most out of your virtual experience:

 Be sure that you are free from distractions & background noise. Always keep your phone muted until called
upon. Please be patient and courteous when asking questions in chat.  
 Come prepared to listen & participate, that is the best way to get the most out of training. 
 Breaks and lunches –
o We’ll be working from 3:30PM through 12:00AM & will take two 15 minutes break and a 30 minutes
lunch
o We expect you to be available during the entire training length

Use the steps below to connect to your virtual training session.

1. Access: https://verizon.webex.com/meet/spc.colvin.vargassantos and wait until you’re granted access to the


room
2. Run a quick audio test to make sure your headset and mic are working fine.
3. Start learning!

Use the steps below to connect to your employee tools.

1. Please download AZURE CLIENT VPN from the Microsoft Store (We’ll set it up so that you can connect to Alorica)
2. The other steps will be completed together as a class
