WHAT THIS COURSE COVERS:

In Discover Warehousing, you will be introduced to Australia’s Warehouse Industry and some of the jobs
available in it. With a focus on picking and packing, this course will make you aware of RF Scanning and
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and common Health & Safety hazards and safeguards, as
well as providing experience using scanning apps to look up stock details. We will also cover a handful
of common interview questions and how to prepare yourself for them.
Combining an online module, video tutorials and phone support from our office, Discover Warehousing
gives you a fast-tracked step-up in applying for warehouse work.

ACCREDITED UNIT:
FSKDIG02 - Use digital technology for simple workplace tasks

ASSESSMENT:
To pass this unit, there will be three small assessments to complete:
• A short multiple choice quiz
• A practical task based on using mobile phone apps for scanning items, and emailing
information (simulation RF Scanning and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• A short set of questions asked over the phone by your trainer 1:1

1. The Discover Warehousing course is a three day commitment.
Please ensure you have prepared yourself to be free for each
day.

2. You will need to download & have access to the following Apps
prior to your training, this will allow you to login to your ‘live’
training sessions and complete your activities.

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM US

An email from us 24 hours prior to your training, this email will
include:

• A link for you to click on that will automatically open your Zoom app
and take you to your ‘live’ training session on the day of your training.
Please ensure you click this link 10 minutes prior to your training
start time
• Instructions of how to login to the LMS to complete your online
learning activities and view demonstrations.
