REQUIREMENTS:
• Device (preferably laptop or desktop computer)
• Web browser (preferably Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
• Office application (preferably Microsoft Office application)
• Software for video teleconferencing (Zoom)

GETTING STARTED (please read):

Go to https://trainingims.ocd.gov.ph/

Login to Training IMS using your registered email address and password. (For first-time participants, create new OCD
Training IMS Account

Once logged in, click on Update Profile, then update your personal profile, especially your mobile number and email
address, so that the OCD training team can get in touch with you

For concerns on logging in, contact the OCD for assistance.

WARNING: Do not share your Training IMS credentials with others.

JOINING THE COURSE
Click on Join a Course, and input the following:

STARTING THE COURSE

Once the training course opens, immediately do the following:
• Download all materials

• Stand-by for further instructions from the Training Team regarding the Post Test, Self-Faced and
Video Teleconferencing (VTC) schedule

• Reflect NAME and OCD ID NUMBER in your account
name.
• Open your video camera.
• Dress appropriately.
• Choose a suitable background.
OTHER REMINDERS:
• If you are unable to enroll on time, your slot will be forfeited. Please be mindful of the schedule.
• If you are unable to attend the entire VTC session, you will only receive Certificate of Participation.
There will be considerations for those with limitations in internet connection.
