Your own safety - When calling Doctors/Chemists/Stockists

Mask must be worn by all Field staff when on field work

Every member must wear gloves

You must carry a small sanitizer at all times. Sanitize your hands after every call.

You must maintain social distance from patients, chemists and doctor when making a
call.

PROTECTING DOCTORS

Take a prior appointment

Minimum samples, LBLs must be carried. Samples must be provided on demand only

Put LBLs in a plastic pouch. Do not leave the LBL in the clinic

Do not borrow anybody’s pen or lend it. Use your own pen and keep it with you

All these must be sanitized every day after going home

Where calls are not being allowed, do telecalls with due permission

Avoid unnecessary interaction with Nurses, Hospital staff for now

Do not visit any patient

Eat food in a hygienic area

Use own vehicle to maintain social distance and safety

Avoid using public transport

Keep mask and gloves on at all times

Avoid unnecessary interaction with patients at chemist or stockist place

Take orders and send to stockiest by Whatsapp or email if you cannot go personally

Maintain social distance at both the places

Guidelines for Managers to Follow

When travelling use self transport to maintain social distance

Use Mask, Gloves and carry Sanitizer at all times

Use zoom, watsapp or hangout for meetings and detailing practice

Avoid physical team meetings for 2-3 months

Use telecalling where necessary for doctors, chemists and stockists
