Setup Scan to Windows 10 Share Folder Procedure

Windows 10 掃描共享 至 文件夾 設定步驟

1. Open File Manager

2. Create a folder: Right Click Mouse Button > “New” > Folder & Rename the New Folder to “scan”
建立一個文件夾：單擊滑鼠”右鍵”>“新建”>“文件夾更改為 “scan“
 3. Create a Share Folder /創建一個共享文件夾
Right Click “Scan” Folder, And Select “Sharing” => Specify people
單擊滑鼠”右鍵”>“scan”文件夾，選擇“共用”=>“指定人員”

4. Setting Share folder Permission/設置共享文件夾權限

Click “Add”, => Select / Type in “Everyone”, > Select “Co-Owner” or “Read & Write” and
“Apply/Sharing”
點擊“添加”=>選擇/鍵入“Everyone”，選擇“共同擁有人”或“讀取與寫入, 按共用.
 5. Wait a few sec, Record the Network Address (UNC) information. MBP15R
等待幾秒鐘，記錄網絡地址（UNC）的信息。 MBP15R

6. Network Setting/網絡設置
Right Click Mouse Button > “properties” 右鍵單擊鼠標按鈕>“屬性”or “內容”
7. Select “sharing” tab > network & sharing center 選擇“共享”>網絡和共享中心
8. Make Sure 1. Turn On Network Discovery; 2. Turn On File & Printer Sharing; 3. Turn On Sharing so that
anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public Folders; 4. Turn Off Password Protected
Sharing
確認 1. 開啟網絡探索，2 開啟文件和打印機共享”;3 開啟共享使具有網絡訪問權限的任何人都可以
讀取和寫入的公共文件夾中的文件 4 關閉密碼保護的共享“
11. Create & Memory a Scan address in Copier
In Copier > Scan and Send

Press Address Book.

12. Press “Register” or “Other Ops => Register/Edit”

13. Press “Register New Dest.” => Select “File”

14. Select Windows(SMB) in Protocol

15. Press “Host Search”

16. Input the Computer Host name. (See Point #5) / 輸入 步驟 5 所抄的 主機名稱
17. choose “Your computer host name” (e.g. “EPI_AL-PC2”)
18. Enter the your Windows login user name and password. .(e.g. Administrator)

19. If the login name and password correct, you can see the share folder which you’ve create in first. Choose
the folder, press Down and Press OK
Eg. Select “Scan” & Press “Down” & Press OK
20. Enter the “Name” and press.
Hostname: \\your computer name\share folder name e.g. \\epi_al-pc2\scan
User: User Name of Windows
Password: ********
Press Next / OK.

21. After Press the Next / OK, The Scan Address is added to Address Book.
21. Check Error Code.

Press “Status Monitor” in Panel

Press Details for checking End Code

If (#751 / #753 / #754), Check the Point 22 of procedure.
If (#801 / #804 / #806), Check the Point 3 & Point 10
